Worldview Summit z.s. ("we," "our," or "us") is a Czech non-profit organization and the data controller for Dinner School. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you use our website and mobile applications, which are hosted on the LearnWorlds platform.
This policy is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and to meet Apple App Store and Google Play privacy requirements.

Important note: Dinner School does not collect or process payment information. Any suggested donations are handled entirely on external websites and are governed by the privacy policies of those third parties.
2. Legal Basis for Processing and How We Use Data
Under GDPR, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to create and manage user accounts and provide access to Dinner School content and features.
Consent: to send non-essential communications such as updates or announcements (you may withdraw consent at any time).
Legitimate interests: to understand how the platform is used and to improve content, functionality, and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
3. Sharing and Processing of Data
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who help us operate Dinner School. These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to protect personal data and use it only as instructed.

LearnWorlds, which hosts the learning platform and processes data on our behalf
Infrastructure, hosting, and email service providers necessary for platform operation
Some providers may be located outside the European Union. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal mechanisms.
We do not share personal data for advertising or marketing purposes.
4. Children and Teens
Dinner School is intended for users aged 13 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
For users between the ages of 13 and 16, we encourage parents or legal guardians to be aware of and involved in their teen’s participation.
Parents or guardians may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of a minor’s personal data.

When using the Dinner School mobile apps:
