These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dinner School, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Dinner School is a ministry initiative of Worldview Summit z.s. ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using Dinner School, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Dinner School is intended for users aged 13 and older.

By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 13 years old;

  • The information you provide is accurate and current;

  • You will keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Educational Purpose

Dinner School provides educational and faith-based content designed to encourage thoughtful discussion and learning. Content is offered for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or medical advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dinner School in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with its educational purpose.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

  • Upload or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or hateful;

  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Service;

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided through Dinner School, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and curriculum materials, is owned by or licensed to Worldview Summit and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Access and view content for personal, non-commercial educational use;

  • Share links to publicly available content.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Dinner School content without prior written permission;

  • Use content for commercial purposes.

5. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If the Service allows comments, responses, or other user-submitted content, you retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove user-generated content that violates these Terms or is inconsistent with the mission of Dinner School.

6. Donations and External Links

Dinner School itself is provided free of charge.

The Service may include links to external websites where donations to Worldview Summit or related initiatives may be made. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Donations made through third-party sites are governed by those sites’ terms and privacy policies.

7. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Dinner School at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Dinner School at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Your use poses a risk to the Service or other users;

  • We are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dinner School is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Worldview Summit z.s. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Dinner School.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Dinner School after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
